From a loose note to something shipped

The board moves each idea through four stages: first it is captured with no filter, then prioritized, then built, and finally validated and closed. Each card advances from one column to the next as it matures.

How it works in Foco

When you import it, Foco creates the "Backlog" workspace with these columns in the Kanban view. You drag each card from one column to the next as it advances, with drag and drop on desktop and by swiping between columns as tabs on mobile.

In Panorama you see the tasks from all your workspaces at once, each in its own color, so the product backlog sits alongside the rest of your projects without mixing in. On each card you set priority, an assignee and a date so it is clear who owns it and by when.
