Keeping social alive tires you out more through consistency than through the effort of any single post. The problem is rarely making one good publication, it is always having the next one ready so the profile does not go silent for two weeks. When you post haphazardly you end up improvising on Sunday night, repeating formats and forgetting to reply to whoever commented. This board turns that scramble into an ordered chain: there are always ideas waiting, something in design and something scheduled.
It works for a personal brand, a shop or a client profile you manage on their behalf. Each card is a specific post that moves from a loose idea to published, measured content. A full board gives you the calm of knowing you will not run out of things to say, and an empty column is the signal to sit down and produce before it shows on the outside.
Four columns so you never go blank
The flow carries each post from idea to metrics in four steps:
Ideas
The pool everything comes from. The more saved ideas, the less pressure on the day you have to post.
- Note the post topic the moment it occurs to you
- Gather references and examples that inspire
In design
The idea becomes something publishable. This is where the real work lives, copy and image together.
- Write the copy with a hook and one clear idea
- Create the image or video that goes with it
Scheduled
The post is ready and just needs to go out on time. Scheduling ahead frees you from posting live.
- Pick date and time based on when your audience is around
- Load it into the planner so it goes out on its own
Published
The post is out, but the work does not end when you hit publish. The conversation is where it is won.
- Reply to comments in the first few hours
- Note the metrics to learn which format works
How it works in Foco
When you import the template, Foco creates the "Social" workspace with these four columns and each post as a card. On desktop you drag the card from Ideas to In design and on to Published; on mobile you switch columns with the tabs at the top. Each card takes a publish date, a reminder, a photo as a visual reference and a voice note to capture the post idea when it hits you out and about.
Because Foco handles several workspaces at once, if you run social for several clients you can keep a board per client and see them all in Panorama, each in its own color, so you know at a glance which one needs fresh content this week.
