A video passes through very different hands, writer, shoot crew, editor, and each phase depends on the previous one being properly closed. A shoot with no plan loses takes that are then missing in the edit, and an edit without well-reviewed footage forces a reshoot. Chaos in production almost always comes from nobody having the full picture of where the project stands.

This board orders production into its natural phases, from pre-production to delivery, so the whole team knows what is done and what blocks the next person. It suits a small shoot for a single brand piece and a studio running several projects at once.

How it works in Foco
