Planning a wedding means coordinating a lot of people, a lot of vendors and a lot of deadlines at once, almost always while still working and living your life. The big decisions set everything else: without a date and a budget you cannot lock the venue, and without a venue there is no catering or invitations. When all of this floats around in chats and notes, it is easy for a vendor to stay unconfirmed until it is too late.

This template gathers the big decisions and the small details in one place, from the I do to the last dance, so the couple can move months ahead and reach the big day calm. It is built to be shared: each person takes charge of their part and both see where everything stands.

These are the tasks the template brings, in the order it makes sense to close them:

• Set date and budget, the base for everything else
• Choose and book the venue
• Lock in catering and menu (including allergies)
• Hire photographer and video
• Send invitations early enough to get RSVPs
• Choose outfits and plan the fittings
• Book music or DJ
• Prepare the guest list and the seating
• Arrange guest transport
• Confirm details with each vendor the week before

How it works in Foco
